A former student of the George Brown College Construction Project Management program, Daniel’s comprehensive knowledge of the industry, combined with his hands-on experience, positions him as a true authority in the field. John Stefanopoulos
Owner / Founder
With a Passion for transforming spaces and over 30 years of experience in the renovation industry, John co-founded Neo Group to bring high quality craftsmanship and innovative design solutions to homeowners and businesses.
Starting as a worker and transitioned to a skilled tradesperson, John honed expertise in roofing, carpentry, drywall, painting, estimating and project management. Inherited his family business Sigma Painters and grew it to Sigma Renovations with lots of success and multiple awards.
Under his leadership, Sigma has grown into a trusted name in the industry, with a solid base clientele, known for attention to detail, reliability and a commitment to customer satisfaction.
John graduated from George Brown College with Honors, acquiring an advanced Diploma for Building Renovation Technology at the School of Angelo Del Zotto Construction Management. Combining his experience with his education, John created a solid foundation upon the knowledge of the building envelope.
Whether it’s a full home renovation, kitchen remodeling, bathroom renovation or commercial space upgrade, John is dedicated to delivering exceptional results that exceed expectations.
My life is driven by three powerful forces: Family, Finance, and Fitness—the 3 Fs that shape everything I do. When I’m not cherishing moments with my loved ones, I’m out on the field, court, or in the ring, embracing the thrill of soccer, basketball, volleyball, or handball. Fitness is my foundation—whether it's pushing myself in the gym, stepping into the boxing ring, or mastering Muay Thai.
I thrive on adventure, whether it’s traveling to exotic destinations, cruising the open waters, or soaking up the beauty of nature and sun-kissed beaches. I’m also a true connoisseur of fine food, both enjoying it and crafting mouthwatering dishes in the kitchen, but no matter where life takes me, family will always be my #1—my constant anchor and source of inspiration.
